In the handling of solids OGA has successfully implemented a large number of systems that additional to the transfer of the material from a point of origin to a destination, it is also included the weighing of it in different parts of the process such as:
- Weight measurement in silos to determine raw material inventory, confirmation of product received and traceability of material delivered to production lines.
- Inclusion of recipes via software in which determined weights of addition by raw material and moments of discharge to the mixing process are determined, once the system enters into automatic operation the OGA system carries out the dosage of each component generating the report of:
- Target weight
- Weight delivered
- Operator of shift
- Dosing time
- Manufactured lot
- Other variables included in the control, such as temperature, pressure, etc.
- Generation and filing of consumption reports and plant performance, information stored in databases for consultation and future traceability.
- Measurement, reporting and storage of the final product of each pothole where comparison with the input weight of components is achieved with the final mix.
- Measurement of consumption of each production line by processed weight.
