Advantages of OGA Pneumatic Transport Systems

Routes flexibility

A big difference between conventional conveyors and OGA systems, is that all conventional equipment can only manage a single direction of flow, whether vertical, horizontal on one axis or another, our systems can get to take the product from a point of origin and transport it with a single system along the production plant combining vertical and horizontal paths indistinctly due to the use of a single pipeline equipped with long radius curves to be coupled to any process.

Transport tightness

This is one of the main factors why our customers have taken the decision to implement our systems in the pursuit of compliance with the HASS, BPM and FSSC 22,000 standards. OGA TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS, handle the product in a 100% closed way avoiding the contamination of the same with external agents and the contamination of the productive environment with the finished product.

Low Maintenance Costs

Because in OGA PNEUMATIC TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS the movement of the product is generated by a gas, the mechanical or mobile parts are minimal, this generates a high degree of reliability and stability in our equipment, resulting in a very low maintenance cost of each OGA SYSTEM.

Multiple Destination Routes

Supervision Software

Design For Every Application

In the OGA PNEUMATIC TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS, there is a single transport pipeline, which allows the implementation of route derivations, reaching different and distant points of destination throughout the whole mill. Once a base system is implemented, the derivation routes can be extended without affecting the system initially installed.

The OGA systems have a control system, which can be integrated into the general SOFTWARE of the plant to interact automatically with the entire factory. Along with this process variables can be plotted, have process traceability, determination of hierarchy levels for control, automatic maintenance work, monitoring via internet, weight report and any integration with other process equipment.

In OGA, each TRANSPORTATION system is a life born with the design of each application in a particular way. In general, multiple variables are combined so that each project fits the needs of each user.
